I had the honor to emcee / host the 1st CD release party for Wishtribe at Juanita’s by Oblivion Records on October 17th, 2008. There were a total of three AWESOME bands that rocked the night.
I first brought up Open Addiction then Wishtribe and closing the show was Drop Dead Syndicate. All of which simply made the night electrifying and powerfully moving as I continually caught myself head banging and moving to beat. The next time you have a chance to see these guys, you don’t need to miss them.
This was Wishtribe’s very first CD release but wasn’t my first run in with them. We got to do a show last year together as well and it was awesome. They are all very approachable and play kick ass music to top that.
Make sure you get one of Wishtribe’s new and first CD’s. They have a bunch of other merchandise as well so don’t miss out.
I have to say, Oblivion records really knows how to treat entertainers. It was awesome to meet and hang out with them. A huge thanks goes out to them.
Next stop is the Vampires Ball on October 31st at the F.O.E.. You will get to see some more of my friends there – McCuin, Eden Crow and of coarse Wishtribe will be there too along with a band I haven’t heard yet but look forward to… Shelter. I maybe bringing all of my video gear (DOCtv) to screw around and video all of the costumes and crap.
